If you can't get ahold of one of the other departments, call me. I am the first line in product returns, service complaints and just plain wanting to chat about an idea you had, like changing an elec rover into your personal elec fishing tackle carrier to be used to haul your stuff out at night to piers and bridges (elec carts not allowed on Gandy). You want to chat, come on down for some coffee and see me. I'm not in Counter Sales, Call Center, Parts or any other dept so I can spend the time with you. You have an idea for a project you would like to work on? I may have seen it done and can provide additional inspiration.
We are open 4 days a week, including most holidays. 7 days a week for rental servicing. We are closed for Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Call us for exact hours of operation on other holidays
